If you ever run out of credit your meter may have emergency credit available. The amount of emergency credit available to you is dependent on the landlord or agent as they are the sole beneficiary of all payments and the supplier of the electricity. Please note, next time you add credit to your meter any emergency credit used will be deducted from this amount.

Emergency Credit may only be used if you decide to activate this function on the meter. After the available credit falls below the threshold (£3.00) you can perform the procedure below:
