To see how much available credit you have remaining on your meter:

If you have been invited on to the meter by your Landlord/Agent, log into your account >> Consumer >> My Meter Point >> My Meters. Here you will see under the status heading the figure in £’s, if the amount is in brackets (£1.99) means the meter is in debt.

To view the available credit on the meter:

When the meters display is off, select button B - the following screens will cycle depending on the credit status of the meter.
